"I recently called and regrettably received more attitude than was generally needed. Yes, mind you i am a very direct mono toned individual but that does not mean as a customer service representative, you give an attitude towards your customers when I am just speaking in my normal tone. I am very displeased with this transaction that occurred. She even responded with "I always have this attitude." In which I have spoken to this woman a few times over the course of my coverage. So few I dont even remember who she is nor should she remember me. I told her I dont know who she is and how she can speak to her customers like this. The lady on the phone was Sabrina. I truly hope never to ever speak to her again as she upset me heavily. I felt underappreciated. I went to this direct place because many people I knew spoke so highly of it."
